SECTION 20. EXEMPTION - No fee shall be collected for the issuance of a
certification or clearance when it is officially requested by any court or
government agency.
ARTICLE VII (B) - REGULATORY FEE ON COMMERCIAL BREEDING OF FIGHTING COCKS,
COCKFIGHTS,
AND COCKPITS
SECTION 21. IMPOSITION OF FEE - There is hereby imposed an annual fee on the
commercial breeding of fighting cocks of a duly licensed or registration breeder
within barangay, as follows:
a. With annual sales of 6 to 15 fighting cocks b. With annual sales of more than 15
cocks

SECTION 22. TIME AND ANNER OF PAYMENT - The fees imposed under this Article shall
be paid to the barangay treasurer within the first twenty (20) days of January of
each year. Payment made after the period fixed herein shall be subject to 2%
penalty per month of the unpaid tax, until such amount is fully paid.
SECTION 23. SURCHARGE FOR LATE PAYMENT - Failure to pay the fees imposed inn this
article on tie shall subject the taxpayer to a surcharge of twenty-five percent
(25%) of the original amount of fee due and such surcharge shall be paid at the
time and in the same manner as the original fees due.
ARTICLE VII (C) - AMUSEMENT FEE ON PLACES CHARGING ADMISSION FEE
SECTION 24. IMPOSITION OF FEE - There is hereby imposed an amusement fee on places
of recreation which charge admission fees at the following rates:
Ambulant and itinerants operators of
Recreation apparatus, amusement devices or
Contrivances, during fiestas or fairs:
Circus carnivals or the like, per
Admission ticket
Merry-go-round roller coaster, Ferris
Wheel, swing, shooting gallery, and
The like, per admission ticket
