technology projects. This role offers comprehensive training and exposure to various aspects of
backend manufacturing of memory products, enabling you to build a solid foundation for your
career in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:
 Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs to gain practical experience in
semiconductor backend manufacturing.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the design, development, and
manufacturing of Micron memory/storage products.
 Learn and apply engineering principles to support the design, analysis, and optimization
of semiconductor backend manufacturing processes.
 Contribute to the identification and resolution of technical challenges during the product
development lifecycle.
 Assist in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to drive process improvements and
product quality enhancement.
 Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your technical skills and
industry knowledge.
 Adhere to company safety protocols and quality standards while working in a
semiconductor manufacturing environment.

What background and skills do you need?

 B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering,
Semiconductor Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Materials Science
 Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, design tools, and simulation
software is a plus.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
