Sanguinas Rising

I am Ulrich Sanguinas and my line can be traced unbroken back to the Blood Rose Prince himself.
Long has my kingdom remained hidden, my court moving in shadow; our influence may subtle but make no
mistake, we have been busy in the years since our Prince’s disappearance. My lands have grown vast,
multitudes flock to the banner of Sanguinas and I welcome them all as I bide my time, ever waiting for a
sign of that which I seek.
Now, a relic has come into my possession, one of pain and suffering, of blood, sacrifice and depravity; it
speaks to me of a promise made long ago. These stones, and many stones there are, call to one another;
they cry out with a message to one such as I, one with the wisdom to hear it. It is as has been foretold,
these relics are the beginning of the resurgence of my lord Sumeros Summerking; they guide my mind as
clearly as the greatest of my cartographers to the location of my ancestor. I have but to follow this trail
before me; through the gaps in reality itself to gather these relics and find the location of the Blood
Rose Prince.
There are many that would seek to possess my family’s birth rite, seek to take from me that for which I
have waited for, for so long. Agents of the betrayer Sigmar, no doubt set on another duplicitous path
for their master. Deluded followers of the false gods, misguided in their belief that the stones are a sign
of their lost pretender, but there is only one true Lord of Excess and he calls to his kin. The beasts
also pursue my prize, for what ends I know not, for whom can understand the base motives of these
primitive green skinned abominations.
But nay matter, the Godstones shall be ours, and with them we shall discover the whereabouts of our
forgotten ancestor. It is time that my family emerged from the shadows, it is time we reminded the mortal
realms of the power and majesty of the name Sanguinas. With Sumeros Summerking once more at our
head we shall drive back the chaotic forces that have assailed the realms. We shall bring peace and
benevolence and usher in an era of rule undreamt of in mortal mind. The kingdom of Sanguinas will span
the cosmos and the realms shall know prosperity once more. Be wary mortal; be thee one that stands in
our way the time of Sanguinas is upon you…
