PART ONE: Knowing Others

A. Conduct an interview of at least three (5) of your colleagues in your respective

schools/agencies to determine what they did and they are doing to adapt and cope
with remote and distance learning during this Covid -19 lockdowns.

You can liberally construct your own interview guide. Take note however of the
following
a. all specific activities,
b. all initiatives
c. all constraints encountered

B. Following the procedures in A, conduct the same, your students as

respondents.
C. Discuss the data you have gathered.
D. Propose a workable policy/policies that could be designed and adopted by
your school in response to remote and distance learning.

1. With the accelerated changes brought about by COVID-19, how do you assess
yourself in terms of:

3. What training/s do you need not only to adjust and adopt but also to get ahead
of the challenges brought about by the post COVID-19 world?
