1. The study will be conducted in Dumoy National High School

3. This study will be only be focusing on the effects of verbal bullying to the self-esteem
of grade 8 students in Dumoy National High School
4. Other factors will no longer be covered by our study

V. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

a. Sampling - purposive, sample size, describe why


(We will use Gay of 1976 cited by Cristobal & Cristobal of 2017 to get the sample
size that we only need.)
b. Data Collection - survey questionnaire, describe why
c. Ethical Issues - informed consent, risks (risks that the respondents will encounter
during conducting the study) and etc.
d. Plan for the Data Analysis - what statistic descriptive we'll use and what inferential
statistic we'll use. Ex. Mean and standard deviation and AirsonR (?) Actually depends
on the kind of data we're collecting.
Appropriate statistical tool (we can change, because it is possible that there will be
changes on our survey questionnaire.
