Good day!

I would like to apply for the Operations assistant, Project logistics that was recently listed by your
company.

Apart from earning my master’s degree, I am also a licensed non-life insurance agent here in the
Philippines. I also have an extensive background in customer service, sales, and marketing. I would bring
experience to your company. My skills include the ability to stay organized and to always meet the
deadlines that are given to me by my superiors. There is no problem with me taking direction and
following the orders of my supervisors.

I have great written and verbal communication skills which allow me to work directly with supervisors,
colleagues, and clients without ever having an issue. They also help with my customer service skills
which are also great. My computer skills are also quite high, and this is advantageous when it comes to
completing the tasks that are assigned to me. I am a fast learner and can easily learn any new software
platforms that you may use that I may not be familiar with.

In my current position, I was tasked with preparing and organizing insurance claims along with other
documentation, processing claims and taking payments from customers. My speaking voice is great, and
I can field all phone calls and provide customers with any information that they request. For your
reference, I have attached my CV for review.
