) Accomplish the following documents:

a.) Form 1-SCC (this form may be different in another judicial region)
b.) Certification Against Forum Shopping
c.) Splitting a Single Cause of Action
d.) Multiplicity of Suits (Form 1-A-SCC)
e.) two (2) duly certified photocopies of the actionable document/s
f.) Affidavits of Witnesses and other relevant documents

2.) Pay filing fees


3.) Wait for the case to be raffled
4.) Upon raffle, the Court will summon the parties and notify the parties for the scheduled hearing
5.) The Court will give the Respondent 10 days to file a response
6.) In case the Respondent fails to file a response, the Court shall render a judgment
7.) The failure of the Plaintiff to appear shall cause to the dismissal of the Complaint
8.) After hearing, the Court shall render judgment within 24 hrs

Note:

The threshold amount in small claims cases is now One Million Pesos
(PHP1,000,000.00), regardless of whether the case is filed within or outside Metro
Manila.
