Subject: REQUEST TO GRANT ADMISSION IN LAHORE MEDICAL & DENTAL

COLLEGE OR FATIMA MEMORIAL MEDICAL & DENTAL COLLEGE BY
ADDRESSING DISCRIMINATION AS LESSER AGGREGATE HOLDERS
HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED/ADMITTED IN LMDC ETC.

Respected Sir,
Most respectfully, it is stated that I Iqra Zulfiqar d/o Zulfiqar Al passed the
MDCAT exam during 2023 and obtained overall 77.7909% aggregate. I applied for getting
admission in MBBS with Application ID: 104830 and have been selected in the Avicenna
Medical College. As per HEC policy I submitted upgradation form there and was waiting for
new merit list according to the preference policy.
2. Astonishingly, it has come to know that lower aggregate holders have been
adjusted/ admitted in LMDC and other colleges. It is verbally conveyed by UHS authorities
that according to the recent decision of the provincial committee the applicants who have been
selected in Azra Naheed Medical College are being adjusted in other medical colleges. During
perusal of the recent selection merit list displayed on 30-01-2024 it transpired that applicants
with lower aggregate are being adjusted/ admitted in LMDC and so on.
3. Forgoing above, I humbly request you to address this discrimination and
adjust me in LMDC OR FMH according to my preference as my aggregate is higher than
those who have been adjusted/ admitted in the selection list of LMDC and may adjust
someone else on my seat in Avicenna.
