In obedience to the orders dated 20.11.2023 of the Hon’ble High
Court of Judicature at Madras in W.A.Nos.682 to 687 of 2023 and
W.P.No.7412 of 2023 and other connected miscellaneous petitions, the
Physical Certificate Verification in the direct recruitment to the
posts included in Combined Engineering Services Examination (Date of
Examination: 02.07.2022 FN & AN) had been held on 09.01.2024. Based
on the outcome of the said Physical Certificate Verification, the register
number of candidates mentioned below has been provisionally admitted to
Oral Test based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Written
Examination and other conditions stipulated in the notification for the said
recruitment. The Oral Test will be held on 24.01.2024 at the office of the
Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC Road, Chennai-600 003.
The candidates should attend the Oral Test with all original certificates in
support of the claims made in their online application.
The above details will be made available in the Commission’s
website and the candidates will be informed of the above fact only through
SMS and e-mail. Individual communication regarding the date and time of
the Oral Test will not be sent to the candidates by post.

Post. However, the Commission provides the additional facility to the
candidates by informing the above said dates, events and intimation
relating to Certificate upload, Certificate Verification and Oral Test etc., via
SMS and e-mail through their registered Mobile Number and e-mail ID.
Candidates are directed to watch the Commission’s website periodically for
all updates and intimations. The Commission shall not be responsible if the
communication does not reach the applicant due to incorrect / invalid
e-mail ID /mobile number and failure / delay in delivery of SMS / e-mail to
the candidates due to any reason including technical issues. Any
representation from the candidates for non-receipt of SMS or e-mail will
receive no attention.
NOTE:
1. Mere inclusion of the Register Number of candidates in the above
list does not imply that their candidature has been fully considered
for next stage of selection in the said recruitment.

 2. The candidates whose register number is found in the above list has
been provisionally admitted to Oral Test based on the marks
obtained by them in the Written Examination and with reference to
the rule of reservation of appointments.
3. The admission of candidates to the Oral Test is provisional subject to
verification and acceptance of the claims as made in their respective
online application with regard to Age, Educational Qualification,
Experience, Community, Differently Abled category, PSTM status
etc., through original documents. If any of the claim of the
candidates is found to be false or incorrect, their provisional
admission to the Oral Test will be cancelled and they will not be
admitted to the next stage of selection.
4. The candidates who have appeared for the Written Examination and
whose register number is not found in the above list have not been
admitted to the Oral Test.
5. The admission of the above candidates to the Oral Test is purely
provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to
the writ petitions relating to this recruitment pending before the
Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras / Madurai Bench of
Madras High Court.
6. The candidates who have been provisionally admitted to the Oral
Test are hereby advised to attend the Oral Test with all the relevant
documents in original without fail. Failure to produce even any one
of the essential documents will result in their non admission to the
next stage of selection.
7. The list of register number of candidates who were admitted to the
said Physical Certificate Verification and who have not been
considered for provisional admission to Oral Test and the reasons for
the same have been mentioned in the Annexure to this list.
