1. மொத்த நுண் ணீர் பாசன உபகரணங் களையும் விவசாயி நிலத்தில் ஒப்படைக்க வேண் டும் . 15 நாட்களுக்குள் நுண் ணீர் பாசன
அமைப்பு நிறுவப்பட வேண் டும் . கால நீ ட்டிப்பு ஏதும் இத்துறையால் வழங் கப்படமாட்டாது. அவ் வாறு நிறுவப்படாவிடில் பணி
ஆணை இரத்து செய் யப்படும் .
The delivery of the entire system will be made at the beneficiary’s field. The system should be supplied and installation should be
completed within another 15 days. No extension of delivery time will be given by this department. If instalation is not effected within time
the order will be cancelled.
2. பணி முடிந்தவுடன் விலைப்பட்டியல் விவசாயி பெயரில் (பணி ஆணையில் உள்ளவாறு) நான் கு நகல் களில் வழங் க வேண் டும் .
The invoice in quadruplicate in the name of the beneficiary as mentioned in this work order may be sent to this office on completion of the
job.
3. விலைப்புள்ளிக்கும் விலைப்பட்டியலுக்கும் எவ் வித வேறுபாடும் இருக்கக் கூடாது.
There should not be any variation between the estimate and the invoice.
4. போக்குவரத்து மற்றும் பாசன அமைப்பினை நிறுவுவதற்கு விவசாயியிடம் தொகை ஏதும் வசூலிக்கப்படக் கூடாது.
No Transportation or Installation cost shall be collected from farmer.
5. அனைத்து ஆவணங் களும் சமர்பிக்கப்பட்டபின் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட மானியத்தொகை விடுவிக்கப்படும் .
Eligible subsidy will be released by this department on receipt of all mandatory documents as above.
6. உத்தரவாதம் : விவசாயிக்கு வழங் கப்பட்ட பொருட்கள் அனைத்தும் 3 வருட உத்தரவாதம் உடையது என உத்தரவாத கடிதம்
வழங் கப்பட வேண் டும் . அதன் பின் னர் நுண் ணீர் பாசன அமைப்பு நிறுவியதற்கு பிறகான பராமரிப்பு பணிகளை
விவசாயிகளுக்கு திருப்திகரமான முறையில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 3 வருடம் வழங் க வேண் டும் . விவசாயி எழுத்துப் பூர்வமாக புகார்
அளிக்கும் பட்சத்தில் 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் அதனை சரி செய் திட வேண் டும் .
Warranty: You should issue a warranty letter to the farmer to the effect that the material supplied will carry a warranty for 3 years and you
will extend after sales service at free of cost for a minimum period of 3 years to the complete satisfaction of farmer. You should attend to
any complaints from the farmer on the default within 24 hours of such intimation in writing.
7. வழங் கும் பொருட்கள் அனைத்தும் ISI முத்திரையுடன் இருக்க வேண் டும் .
All materials supplied against this work order should carry ISI marking as agreed by you.

8. விவசாயிக்கு வழங் கிய பொருட்களில் பழுது நீ க்கம் (அ) உபகரணம் மாற்றம் செய் ய ஏற்பட்டால் உற்பத்தி நிறுவனமே
பொறுப்பேற்க வேண் டும் .
The manufacturer will be responsible for repair (or) replacement of the system components against any manufacturing defects.

9. நுண் ணீர் பாசன செயல் முறை மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு முறைகளை விவசாயிக்கு நன் கு விளக்கிட வேண் டும் .
You should train the beneficiary on the operation of this MI system and simple maintenance.
10. மேற்கண் ட விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் பொருட்டு தேதியுடன் கையொப்பமிட்டு இரண் டு நகல் கள்
இவ் வலுவலகத்திற்கு சமர்பித்திடவும் .
For having accepted the above terms and conditions, you are requested to send the duplicate copy of this work order duly signed along
with date.

11. பணிஆணை வழங் கப்பட்டு, விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளை பின் பற்றி நுண் ணீர் பாசனம் அமைக்கும் பட்சத்தில்
அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட மானியத்தொகை விடுவிக்கப்படும் .
By virtue of issuing this work order, liability of the Department shall be limited to payment of subsidy portion only subject to the
satisfaction of all relevant Terms and Conditions governingMI instalation.
