General Terms & Conditions :

1. 1st year Comprehensive Insurance + 3 years Third Party Insurance Mandatory.

2. The price prevailing at the time of delivery will apply.

3. Delivery post receipt of Cash or Banker's Cheque or realisation of cheques.

4. 'Charges towards registration of vehicles' are as prescribed by 'The Regional Transport Authority' only. The Registration of the vehicle and issue of the Registration Certificate is at the Sole discretion of Regional Transport Authority.

5. All cars would be delivered only after registration. Car can be delivered post payment pf RTO Taxes abd the customer has to visit the Telangana RTO physically to get the car registered themselves.

6. Delivery subject to availability of Car Model & Colors.

7. Payment made through Chqs/DD's/PO's should in the name of M/s. PPS MOTORS PVT LTD.

8. As per Government, FASTag is mandatory for the registration of vehicle.

9. Cash Payments above Rs.1.99 Lakhs will not be accepted towards entire sale transaction as per Sec.269ST of IT Act.

10. (SMP) Skoda Maintenance Package Charges to be transferred to Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd., within 30 days from date of delivery. For more details contact Dealer Sales Team.

11. Skoda Maintenance Packages with additional coverage also avaiable. For more details contact Dealer Sale Teams.

12. FASTag charges to be paid additionally to be service provider directly.

13. TCS will be collected as 5% if IT Declarations ( 2 Financial Years ) are not submitted.
