Consumers Have the Following Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without providing reasons.
The withdrawal period in respect of the test kit supplied for the purpose of collecting a throat swab sample is fourteen
days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier or a third party you have appointed, received
the test kit.

With regard to the ordering of the test, the throat swab sample sent or submitted by you to be tested for the presence
of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, otherwise known as the Coronavirus, has a withdrawal period of fourteen days
from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of
a clear statement (e.g, mail, fax, or e-mail). Your withdrawal should be addressed to

You may use the sample withdrawal form below; however, this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification informing the above-mentioned Party of
the withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdrawal this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery
charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choice of a different method of delivery from the least
expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on
which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we
have received the products (in this case, the throat swab test kit) or until you have provided proof that you have
returned the products, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed
otherwise with you, and in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement

You must return or hand over the products to us immediately, and in every case within fourteen days at the latest from
the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This period is deemed to have been observed if you send the
products before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the products (in this case, the test kit for the collection of the throat swab
sample).

You are only liable for the loss of value of the products (in this case, the test kit for the collection of the throat swab
sample) if this loss of value is due to handling the products in a way which is not necessary for testing the nature,
properties, and functioning of the products.

If part of our offer consists of a service (in this case, the examination of the throat swab sample sent by you) and you
have requested that the service should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate
amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of your withdrawal
with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided as outlined in the contract.
