RECIPE: CAESAR SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

✓ Romaine lettuce
✓ Toasted bread
✓ Parmesan cheese
✓ Chicken breast

✓ Lemon juice
✓ Worcestershire sauce

✓ Anchovies (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

✓ Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Then, cut it into small pieces and place it in the large
mixing bowl.
✓ Toast the bread and cut it into small cubes to make croutons.

✓ Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add some olive oil. Cook the chicken breast until it
is golden brown and fully cooked. Then, cut it into thin strips.
✓ Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic,
anchovies (optional), salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir all the ingredients well.
✓ Add the croutons, sliced chicken, and dressing to the lettuce in the large mixing bowl. Mix
everything together using a kitchen spatula until well combined.
✓ Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
✓ Serve the Caesar salad immediately and enjoy.
