Write an argumentative essay on this suggested topic:

Which among the type of taxes (national or local) do you think can be reduced, removed, or revised
to the benefit of both the government and the common individual? Cite relevant sources such as
previous research studies, taxation reform programs, and the like.

For the national taxes I don’t have much problem because these taxes also exist in other
countries and that other coutries have no much problem in their taxes regarding these, like in Dubai
where I’ve heard that there is low taxation and so the products that was sold there are much more
lower compaired here in the philippines. So as for local taxations I suggest that the Tax on Business
be removed, reduced or revised because it’s not necessary to have a tax on a business that was just
about to start and besides there are other taxes that already involve to the businesses that was already
started and profited. Another is Professional Tax which taxes everyone with professional work, I
don’t have much problem but I think that it should be reduced or revised in depends on the
Profession’s salary.
