I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Best Choice Vacuum that I purchased on
May 2, 2038, following your informative in-home demonstration. Upon attempting to use the
vacuum for the first time on May 3, I was disappointed to find it malfunctioning. As soon as I
powered the vacuum on, it began to shake vigorously and emit a disturbing rattling noise. To
my alarm, there was a discernible smell of burning plastic and visible smoke emanating from
the vacuum motor. Recognizing the potential danger, I promptly powered the device off and
reached out to your customer service line. Upon my communication with customer service,
they suggested I contact you directly concerning a replacement for the faulty vacuum.
Enclosed, you will find a copy of my purchase receipt as well as the comprehensive warranty
provided at the time of the sale. Please note that I have retained the original vacuum at my
residence for the time being. I fully comprehend that manufacturing issues occasionally
occur, and I appreciate your commitment to customer satisfaction. To this end, I kindly
request the malfunctioning vacuum to be replaced with a new, fully functioning model. I am
confident that Best Choice Vacuums will address this matter swiftly and efficiently. I eagerly
