Proceedings:
1. The meeting started at around 10:00 am.
2. The presiding officer explained the importance of the activity, to establish a firm association.
3. The presiding officer together with the members of the meeting decided to appoint
an officer for the present positions. The newly appointed officers of the said grade level are as
follows:

Peace Officer:

4. The body imposed a fine of Php. 100.00 whenever there is meeting to be held in
homeroom or general and during the agreed schedule of cleaning which is every 30th of the
succeeding months, thus it has agreed also that there is a limitation of excuses, whereas two (2)
excuses per meeting and another two (2) per cleaning schedule, hence, a letter shall be given THRU
to the president or any of the officers, and submit it to the adviser.

5. The presiding officer had explained the way of evaluating the learners in different ways (through
videos sent in groupchats or attendance to online meeting).

6. The meeting ended at exactly 11:00 am.
