HOW TO REQUEST CE PASSWORD RESET

1. Go to the service mode login screen

2. Press ‘Stop’ and ‘C’ .

3. Create a new ER report in CSES and include the information displayed


 Printer serial number
 MAC address
 CE Password Reset Request Code

4. We will then reply to you with a reset code. When you receive our reply via CSES with the reset
code, repeat steps 1 to 3 and then tap on ‘Reset Code Input’.

5. Enter the rest code provided and tap on ‘END’

6. After this, the passwords will be reset to factory default.
