on compulsory health insurance no.1585-XIII of 27 February 1998.

 the fixed medical insurance premium is 12636 MDL, but the state grants a 50% discount for the payment of the annual fixed insurance
premium if the amount of 2028 lei MD, if paid till February 29, 2024
