The Problem
In the Moroccan education system, especially in universities, there's a
noticeable gap between what students are taught and the rapidly
changing technologies and job Market Demand. This issue is caused by
the outdated Curriculum and it is made worse by the lack of well-
equipped
teachers

Why this Problem Matters?


In The problem matters because the right education is the basis of a developed
society, and it affects all other industries. If education doesn't adapt to the
rapidly changing world with the invasion of technologies, all sectors, including
healthcare and tourism, will be negatively affected.

The affected Group
This problem is directly felt by the Students, primarily the youth. These students are
not adequately prepared for the job market, hindering their chances for successful
careers. And it’s a significant hurdle in shaping a well-equipped and empowered
generation for the challenges of the future.

The political reasons of the outdated
curriculum
The political reasons can largely be attributed to the short term Political Cycles. In
Morocco, politicians focus on issues that can show results within their term in office.
However, curriculum reform is a long-term process, and its benefit might not be
apparent in the short time.

Our Solution
The concept revolves around creating an application where teachers,
learners, and businesses converge. Companies will use the platform to
specify the exact skills required for each role, with regular updates based
on market demand. Teachers will stay informed about the skills they
need to teach to students. Students, in turn, can access information on
the skills necessary for securing employment in the dynamic job market.
