1 Place the unopened pack of ffu in the freezer for
atleast 4 hours,
2 Bring a pan of water to boil. Remove the frozen
tofu from is package and add ito the pan, boing
for 10 minutes.
3 Remove the tofu from the pan and allow to cool.

‘water out ofthe tofu wih a clean kitchen towel. Be
cateful not to break the tofu

coated, Add the soy sauce and pepper and mix
again. Let the tofu marinate for 30 minutes (or
longer) inthe fridge.
5 Spread a single layer of tofu in the air fryer, making
