How to calculate the charges that apply to your shipment

• Find the zone that your destination falls within in the relevant Zone Tables.

• Determine the chargeable weight (actual or dimensional weight) of your
shipment to find the transportation rate in the appropriate column.
• Determine whether any surcharges apply to your shipment.

The Chargeable Weight is the Actual Gross Weight or the Dimensional Weight of the shipment –
whichever is the greater. Dimensional weight is calculated using the following formula: (LxWxH) / 5000

Rate Information
The transportation rates and services offered by ICS LTD may be amended, modified or
discontinued at any time with or without notice. The transportation rates charged may vary
depending upon the point of or time of collection or delivery, shipment size or weight or
commodity type.

Taxes, Duties and Additional Charges

In addition to the transportation rates the following additional charges may apply: (i) customs duties;
(ii) taxes; (iii) an ancillary surcharge; and/or (iv) an additional charge for value added services (if
selected). For further information regarding the surcharges and additional charges please
contact Customer Service or your Sales Representative. All rates, surcharges and other
applicable charges quoted are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

FedEx Express Conditions of Carriage

All shipments are subject to the relevant FedEx Express Conditions of Carriage that apply to the
relevant service and all charges will be charged in accordance with these. For FedEx Express
shipments from and between countries in Europe, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent and
