I am delighted to write this email to supplement a student who applied to your university
under a regular decision application cycle. I am by the name of Uwihoreye Josephine. I am a
school counselor at Ecole des Sciences Byimana.

The applicant is Bizumuremyi Emmanuel, his Common App ID is CAID 35286446, and his
email address is bizumuremyiemmanuel21@gmail.com. Emmanuel graduated from high
school in August 2023. He did not attend any high school courses since then. We have no
mid-year report for this student or final report other than what we have submitted through the
common app. However, Emmanuel sat for the 2023 Advanced Level National Examination
prepared by the National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA).

Recently, NESA published the examination results. Emmanuel emerged among exceptional
performers at our school. He scored the highest aggregate possible in that exam (60
Aggregates). Rwanda Basic-education Board (REB) will release the diplomas for the 2023
national examination candidates shortly. However, a substituting document called a result
slip is currently available. I humbly request that you consider Emmanuel’s result slip as you
review his application in place of the final report. The result slip is attached to this email.

Furthermore, four days ago, Emmanuel discussed with me the issue of a recommender who
delayed submitting a recommendation letter on his behalf. I contacted Nova Services
Limited, a corporation that trains young engineers. They informed me that due to internal
organization regulations, they can't send a recommendation letter on behalf of a student.
However, they sent me a certificate they offered to him. I enthusiastically present
Emmanuel’s certificate before you. It is attached to this message.

Again, over the past few months, Emmanuel’s level of achievement in academic competitions
shined. In December, he won three medals in an international biology competition called the
Biogenesis International Biomedical Sciences Olympiad. Check the following
