subject to the consent of Shareholders in Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company received, MD ASIF
(DIN: 10374724) had consented for the same be and is hereby appointed as a Director of the Company.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Any Directors of the Company is authorized to sign and submit the necessary
forms with the Registrar of Companies, intimate banks and other concerned parties, if necessary, about the same
and take such other steps as may be necessary in this regard.”

Item No. 2: Appointment of SUBHASH MEGHWAL (DIN: 10374765) as Director

“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the applicable provisions or section 152 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 9 of
