Chúng ta sử dụng câu bị động có động từ tường thuật để diễn tả quan điểm của ai đó.
Được dùng với những động từ: say, think, believe, know, hope, expect, report,
understand, claim, etc.
Công thức:
Câu chủ động: S1 + V1 + that + S2 + V2 + O + …..
* Đối với loại câu này, S thường là People/ They …và thường được dịch là “Người ta
….”
Có thể biến đổi câu chủ động này theo các trường hợp sau:
1. V1 ở Hiện Tại Đơn – V2 sau “That” cũng ở Hiện Tại Đơn
Câu chủ động: S1 + V1-s/ es + that + S2 + V-s/ es + O + ….
Câu bị động: It is + PP2 của V1 + that + S2 + V-s/ es + O + ….

2. Suggest đứng trước mệnh đề danh từ (noun clause) có động từ được chia ở thì

3. Suggest đứng trước mệnh đề danh từ có should đứng trước infinitive (động từ

4. Suggest đứng trước mệnh đề danh từ có động từ thuộc lối cầu khẩn
