Box 92765, Al Fahim Bldg, 10th St, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAEon May 1° 2016, for Renting vehicle and which will contain the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Technical Access Services is renting vehicle for which the details given below from Benzer Passenger Transport on a Monthly Rental Basis 2. The Vehicle details are as below: a Type of Vehicle ‘Ashok Leyland (Plate No. 93906) b. Passenger Capacity 66 & Numberof Vehicle : OL d._ Renial Period From May 1, 2016 onwards 3. Technical Access Services rented the vehicle fromBenzer Passenger Transport LLC withthe Driver. 4. Technical Access Services hereby agreed to pay a sum of AED. 9350/- Per Bus on Monthly Basis. 5. It is the responsibility of Technical Access Services to Provide Fuel for the Vehicle. 6. These Services are 10 hours per day on 6 Days a week basis. Any extra hours of services after 10 hours & Working on off days & Holidays will be charged as pro-rata basis. 7._ Services wll be performed only after your confirmation and issuance of LPO. 8. The entire amounts, mentioned above are in AED. 9. Food and accommodation should be provided to the driver from the client. 10, All vehicle maintenance from Benzer Responsibility 1, Payment within 30 days of the following month from the date of receipt of the Invoice.
