A LIFE WITHOUT HEALTH IS LIKE A RIVER WITHOUT WATER

This is Barbara Cueva. She is a nutritional advisor and personal trainer. She is the autor

of some books. She has wrote "You learn to eat" and "Good Nutrition”. She has been

helping people eat right and do exercise since she graduated from Universidad

Tecnológica del Peru in 2010. She says that most people are concerned about their

health. They think that having a healthy life is more important tan anything else and she

agrees. She says that the key to having a healthy life is to balance your diet and

exercise. If people really want to keep healthy , they usually eat healthy food, such as

vegetables, fruits, cereals, nuts and meat, to mention but a few, because they are full of

proteins and vitamins drinking wáter also plays an important role. She recommends to

drink two and half liters of wáter every day because is important improves the

functioning of our body. It seems that something has been forgotten but not. She also

advises top lay sports such as soccer, swiming and voleyball. Doing exercises are also a

good idea for example squats, planks and butt bridge, to mention but a few. It seems

kind of imposible to stick to these recommendations, but it is just a matter of willpower.

Barbara Cueva, lastly, says if one follows these recommendations, one can indulge

oneselft with some eat junk food once a month.
