THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. This permit is valid only for the period indicated. A new permit should be requested for extensions.
2. The period indicated for set-up and pull-out should be strictly followed. A penalty fine shall be imposed for delays, as follows:
a. BANNERS - P500/day; EXHIBITS/SHOWS - P5,000/hour; SHOOTS - P1,000/hour
3. Vertical Banners - The organizer is responsible for the pull down of their banners and other promo collaterals upon expiry of this permit.
4. Show/Concert - The organizer will undertake the restoration of the used area to its original condition.
5. Exhibit/Bazaar/Trade Fair - Actual layout of carts/booths and display of exhibit should conform with the layout/perspective attached to this permit.
6. Parade/Motorcade - Route of parade/motorcade should comply with the route coordinated with and approved by One Ayala Marketing and Building Admin.
7. Activities not granted in this permit should not be undertaken.
8. Any or all necessary permits/licenses from government agencies are the responsibility of the organizer.
9. The organizer shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss or injury which may result to any third party in connection with the use of the area granted.
10. AyalaLand Malls, Inc. and its affiliates and employees shall be free from any liability, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage to items, etc., as a result of the activity.
11. One Ayala Building Admin has the right to pull down all promo collaterals that do not conform to the guidelines set by One Ayala Marketing.
12. One Ayala Marketing reserves the right to revoke a permit due to non-compliance with guidelines and when deemed necessary.
13. Other provisions: Pls. bring this permit at all times.
