ORDER
On January 12, 2024, a letter from Atty. _________________________________, Clerk of
Court of OCC-MeTC, was received by this Court, stating that private complainant Mr.
_______________________ requested for the refund of the excess filing fees that he paid on
December 11, 2023 for the above-captioned cases. It was further stated in the letter
that upon verification, it appears that under O.R. No. ____________________ with
Assessment No. __________________, the amount paid by the private complainant totaled
to P24,430.00, and careful evaluation shows that the payor has added three (3) checks
with the total amount of P1,200,000.00 instead of separate payment of filing fees for
each check. Hence, there is an excess of the filing fees paid in the amount of
P17,372.00.

ACCORDINGLY, the excess filing fees in the total amount of Seventeen

Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Two Pesos (P17,372.00), under O.R. No.
______________________ and paid by the private complainant ______________________ for the
above-captioned cases, be refunded in his favor.

SO ORDERED.
