ANALYZE THE STRUCTURE , SCOPE , AND SIZE OF THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY IN RELATION TO
DIFFERENT TYPES OF SETTINGS :-

On my analyze from the below given classification the hospitality industry facing changes dramatically .
Many hospitality operations are newly lodging day by day , in that very few operations are very
successful . Remaining operations are closing with in few month, this may be due to the poor
management plan , raw materials prices are increasing the staff salary and facility based they move to
other industries etc .

 National :-
The Hospitality operation have many chains of businesses around the world .
These types of businesses are having gradual growth day by day, Opening new operations every year
and also introducing new business ethics. The implementation of new technology in their service gives
extra miles to their business. Such a hospitality businesses provides the top most luxury services to their
customers.
For example:-

 Local :-
These type of hospitality sectors have businesses in particular area or in a
Country , they are very famous in the place for particular products . some may have branches in the same city to
cover their customers these type of business also have some growth .
But in term of comparing the with the above mentioned sector its not growing much . an a average there are
many restaurants which is running under profit , many of the restaurants they are closing day by day . few number
of restaurants in particular area only sustaining for long .

 Catering service sectors:-
These types of catering business have more competition in the market ,
the companies and the organization need to satisfy their employees or the students . Their expenditure also less
but these type of services run by their own team . previously these type of businesses run by catering companies
due to these kind of minimized funds and the competition these business are shrinking .
many organizations gives business to the catering companies in term of contract basis . some caterers can do the
business for long term some may be fail to do the service.

 Conclusion:-
Well organized restaurants , Hotels , and catering companies are growing day by day rest all other small
accommodation operations are shrinking when comparing to the previous years .
