    CHARACTERISTICS :

    CORDIFF 555 is a Cr, Mo, Ni, W, V alloyed tubular wire. The weld metal is highly suitable for
    high hot wear resistance, and exhibits a high degree of toughness. Excellent for hot strength and
    wear resistance at elevated temperature and also it stands for against temperature shocks, and it
    has a good creep resistance properties.

    Applications :

    Exclusively developed for applications like hardfacing of forging presses, hot piercing dies,
    stretching dies, Pinch rolls, hot strip mill table rolls and back-up rolls.

    Hardness : 48 - 55 HRC
