Dear Sir / Madam,

We, the GAYATRI ENCLAVE Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. , advise and confirm as under:

1. Mr.RAJIV BAPU VANMORE aka Rajaram Bapu Vanamore is member of the Society,
holding 5 shares (bearing distinctive Nos. 46 to 50) , each of Rs. 50/- (Rupees FIFTY
only) in the Society and the Member is in occupation of FLAT NO 302 3RD FLOOR in the
building known as GAYATRI ENCLAVE Co-operative Housing Society Ltd situated at
90 FEET ROAD ABOVE KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK GOKUL NAGARI 1 THAKUR
COMPLEX KANDIVALI EAST MUMBAI -400101.

2. The Member has requested us to confirm to you that the Society has no objection to the
creation of a pledge / mortgage of the Shares and the said Flat in favour of Bajaj Housing
Finance Limited (“BHFL”) to secure the due repayment of certain financial facilities extended
by BHFL together with payment of interest, costs, charges and expenses and all other
monies payable thereon.

3. The Society confirms and undertakes that:

i. it has no objection to the Member creating a mortgage / charge on the said Flat and
also pledge on the Shares;
ii. the Member owes no outstanding dues to the Society;
iii. it will take due notice of the creation of mortgage / charge on the said Flat and Shares;
iv. in the event of the Member attempting to create a mortgage / charge on the said Flat
other than mortgage/charge created/to be created in favour of BHFL, the Society shall
promptly inform BHFL of any such attempt by the Member;
v. Mr.Rajiv Bapu Vanmore and Mr. Rajaram Bapu Vanamore are one & the same person.
vi. the said Flat/Shares is/are not presently subject to any mortgage / charge / pledge or
other encumbrances and accordingly free from all such mortgages/charges; and
vii. there are no restrictive / negative covenants on the bye-laws / rules of the Society
concerning the transfer of Shares / interest of the Member in the Society.
