TASK SHEET

Title:
Enrolling Learners
Performance Objective:
• Provided with a designated course site, enroll at least three (3) of your co-
participants as students in your course through the Participants tab.
Supplies:
• LMS,
• Development Site/ Course Site
Equipment:
• Computer with internet connection
Steps/ Procedures:

1. Go to https://fels.tptac.online to access your course site.


2. Go to your Course (Assigned Qualification or Unit of Competency)
3. Go to Participants tab on the upper-left corner of your course site.
4. Click the enrollment setting menu/ gear icon.
5. Select Enrollment methods.
6. Enable Self-enrollment.
7. Click Enroll users on the upper-right corner of the page.
8. Search and select at least two (2) users.
9. For the user role, select Students.
10. Enroll the users.
11. Ask a co-participant from another Qualification or Unit of Competency to enroll
to your course.
12. List down the names of the users you have manually enrolled and have enrolled
via Self-enrollment. You can put it in the comments section or in a word file.
13. Submit the list in the submission area of the Task Sheet in the TPTAC LMS.
