DEED OF PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN SOLICITORS

This deed of partnership is made on this .............day of.............in the year...20……between

1.............aged.............S/o .............residing at .............hereinafter described as the first party, and
2.............aged.............S/o .............residing at .............hereinafter described as the second party
which expression shall, unless repugnant to the subject or the context, mean and
include the heirs, successors, executors, administrators, representatives, nominees
and assigns of the respective parties.)

WHEREAS the parties hereto have been acting as solicitor for different clients and
intend to carry on the profession in partnership.

AND WHEREAS the parties hereto agreed on the terms and conditions of such
partnership and decided to reduce it in writing.

NOW THIS DEED of partnership witnesseth as under:

1. That the parties hereto have joined each other today as partners and the business of
the partnership firm has commenced from the date hereof.

2. That the partnership firm shall carry on business of solicitors.

3. That the principal place of the business shall be at .............which may be changed to
any other place with the mutual consent of the parties hereto.

4. That the business shall be carried on in the name and style of.............

5. That the partnership shall be at will.

6. That each party hereto shall contribute equally towards the capital of the firm.

7. That regular and proper account of the partnership business shall be maintained
and kept at principal place of business.

8. That each party hereto shall share the profit or the loss of the firm in equal
proportion.

10. That parties shall be entitled interest on the capital standing to their credit in the
