VILIL_ WORK ACTIVITY/SITE EXECUTION (e.g. INSTALLATION, ERECTION, and ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE) i) Installation of Steel Structure & Fabric 1) Packed bundles of shade materials will be moved by using forklift or boom truck from ‘Storage area to designated Location and will be unpacked then. 2) First item to be installed are the column. Installation to be done for two columns for a Single shade. 3) Column shall be taken out of its bundle and the column will then be lowered to ground over mat/ plastic sheet and support 4) Column will be lifted from to upright position using webbing and boom truck and lowered in its final position and anchored to the bolt as in (refer stage 01 drawing). Similarly fix the second column. ** Recommended to use boom truck for lifting by means of lifting belts. ** Repeat the same for all Post. (refer stage 04 sketch), And tighten all the bolts to snug tight as recommended. 8) Clean the floor and spread the fabric over the steel structure using nylon rope for support. 9) spread the fabric over the steel installed and inster fabric support beam inside the provided loop on thefabric , and fix with bolts and nuts with both columns 10) now insert the front fabric support beams through fabric loop provided & bolten between the beam using heavy structural bolts as per the drawing. Refer the stage 05& 6 sketch. Pulltension the fabric support beam appropriately by using webbing belt with chain block if required webbing belt shall be tied to boomtruck for tensioning support for the fabric by using chain block. target to achieve the desired shape of the structure as per the engineering detail drawings, Find the below sketches for progress of erection work of car parking shades. ii) Checklist for installation of structural steel & fabric Straightness of installed post/baseplate by using spirit level. And anchoring of bolts with snug tight as recommended Bolted connection of all bolts with Snug tight and marking to be provided for tightened bolts. 3) All materials and accessories shall be free of damage and deformities.
