Title: CCNA DHCP Configuration

Description: Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) is a
network management protocol used to automate the process of
configuring device on IP network, thus allowing them to use network
services. A DHCP server automatically assigns an IP address and other
network configuration parameter to each devices on network so that they
can communicate with each other.

Title: CCNA Inter-VLAN Configuration in IP

Description: Inter-VLAN routing refers to the movement of packets
across the network between hosts in different network segments.
VLAN make it easier for one to segment a network, which in turn
improves the performance of the network and makes it more flexible,
since they are logical connections. VLAN act as separate subnet on the
network. To move packets from one VLAN to another and enable
communications among hosts, we have to configure the VLAN network.

Title: CCNA Trunk Link Configuration Basic
Description: A network trunk is a communications line or link
designed to carry multiple signals simultaneously to provide network
access between two points. Trunks typically connect switching centers in
a communications system. The signals can convey any type of
communications data.

Title: DNS Server Installation
Description: The Domain Name System (DNS) is the phonebook of
the Internet. When users type domain names such as “google.com” into
web browsers, DNS is responsible for finding the correct IP address for
those sites. Browsers then use those addresses to communicate with origin
servers to access website information.

Title: DHCP Server Installation
Description: A DHCP Server is a network server that automatically
provides and assigns IP addresses, default gateways and other network
parameters to client devices. It relies on the standard protocol known as
Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol or DHCP to respond to broadcast
queries by clients. A DHCP server automatically sends the required
network parameters for clients to properly communicate on the network.
Without it, the network administrator has to manually set up every client
that joins the network, which can be cumbersome, especially in large
networks. DHCP servers usually assign each client with a unique dynamic
IP address, which changes when the client’s lease for that IP address has
expired.
