    What is reduce?
    It simply means to make smaller or less in amount, degree, or size.

    Reduce is important as it Helps sustain the environment for future generations. Reduces
    the amount of waste that will need to be recycled or sent to landfills and incinerators. Allows
    products to be used to their fullest extent and Saves money.

    What is the difference between reduce and decrease ?

    The biggest difference between them is that "decrease" is always referring specifically to a
    big something becoming a smaller something, whereas "reduce" can refer to changes in
    state or condition too.

     Buy in bulk to reduce packaging.


     Take reusable bags to carry your purchases home.
     Purchase a reusable water bottle.
     Say "no" to a plastic straw when out to eat.
