THE JURISDICTION OF CCI SUPERSEDES THAT OF ANY OTHER

REGULATOR

3. It is submitted that CCI has jurisdiction over SEBI because firstly, the dealing

agreement shows that the jurisdiction of CCI overrides that of SEBI [1]; and secondly,

anti-competitive practices are dealt by CCI [2].

The exclusive dealing agreement shows that it is a competition law matter
