10. CONSENT BY AGENCY
The Agency consents to the Agent selling his/her rights in and to the Agents commission to Future Finance, on
the terms and condi�ons agreed to between Future Finance and the Agent.

The Agency agrees and authorizes the above men�oned Conveyancer to issue an irrevocable undertaking to
Future Finance to the effect that on registra�on of transfer of the property, the said conveyancer shall pay the
Agents commission to Future Finance.

The Agency is aware that Future Finance purchases the Agents rights, �tle and interest in and to the Agents
Commission on the strength of his consent signed by the Agency. The Agency acknowledges that upon receipt
of the signed Commission Schedule and upon acceptance thereof by Future Finance, a valid and binding
agreement shall come into effect and simultaneously therewith, the Agent irrevocably cedes all his/her rights,
�tle and interest in and to the Agents commission to Future Finance.

The Agency agrees that once the Agents Commission has been ceded to Future Finance, this consent shall be
irrevocable.
