Step by Step Guide on How to Reload Online

In order to reload via your Laptop / PC, visit www.gibtele.com, then as shown below, hover your mouse
over “My Gibtelecom” and click on “Reload”.

Step 1: You will be taken to the first page of the Reload as seen below. Please enter your Mobile number
and press the next button.

Step 2: On this page you can now select how much Credit you would like to add and also add any SMS
and Data Bundles, once you have selected your options, proceed to hit next.

Step 3: You can choose to add a free SMS message to be sent to the number topping up however this is
not required. Proceed to the next step by pressing go to check out as seen below.

Step 4: Review the details below to make sure you have selected the correct Data Bundle, Credit Amount
and SMS Bundle, then you can either select “Confirm and Pay”, or you can proceed to “Reload Another
Number”.

You will now need to enter your personal and banking details in order to complete the transaction once
this is done, be sure to tick the “I’m not a robot” box. Once this is done you can select “Make Payment”.
