I am Moe Myint Swe, Boniface, writing to express my interest in the offered position,
field project officer, by KMSS to the Human Resource Department. I am confident enough to
apply for this position due to my job experiences and hope that I can work for it as my
professional job. I had ever worked as an/a ------------officer for KMSS in Leper Colony for ---
months as a--------------- from------to --------- and collaborated with local priest, Fr. Kyaw Aye.
In---------------, I had ever worked as a driver and marketing supervisor for Pro Mobile Phone
company with experiences of traveling around southern Shan state as a filed project officers. I
had to manage the financial accounting and data collections for the whole projects in assigned
fields. Besides, I had to drive to the working field as a driver by myself. I had to leave this job
due to the withdrawal of the company project in Southern Shan State.

Furthermore, I am currently working as a micro finance officer at Hanna Assurance in

Loilem region. I am in charge of supervising my field co-workers and the local state holders for
the micro finance business. I have to do monthly report to my branch manager in Loilem. My
main task is to collaborate with local community leaders and customers so that all the micro
finance process goes on well according to the project.

In addition, I can speak Shan and Burmese fluently. I believe that I can communicate
with the local state holders in my working areas as assigned by KMSS in Shouthern Shan State.
Besides, I can speak and write English at intermediate level. I think I can do my report in English
with the guidance of the project manager. To be honest, I am applying for this job position due to
my passion and profession to develop my career as a project officer at any field of work.

In short, I can be patient, creative, and flexible with the job requirements and fulfil my
responsibilities as a field officer for this position. I will be glad if I am accepted for this position
