Vitality Guide

Your one and only guide for making Money and

Surviving in this mass
Controlled world.

BY
UMAR BASHIR
Wake up
Doesn't it infuriate you? Doesn't your blood boil when you
realize how broke you are and how insignificant you feel to
those around you? It should make you furious.

Take a hard look at what you've accomplished this year. Let's

face the truth; the majority of you probably haven't achieved
much at all. Most of you are stuck in a cycle of self-deception,
thinking that reading a few books or dabbling in various
pursuits equals progress, but here's the harsh reality: you're
still broke.

Some of you don't even make as much as the people working

minimum wage 9-5 jobs in your own country. It's
disheartening. Especially if you're in your twenties and
struggling to break the $100 barrier, it's time for a reality
check.

Take action now, before it's too late. Before you resign
yourself to a life of mediocrity, and your enthusiasm fades
away. Wake up. Start now.

The system desires you to sleep without purpose, devoid of

any aspirations or the joy of experiencing the world.
Consider the small fragment of the world you may currently
be familiar with; perhaps, you only know your own country.
Yet, within this vast and intricately designed world, crafted by
our Creator, lie countless secrets and breathtaking beauty,
waiting for you to explore.
Do not succumb to the trap of complacency; stay dedicated,
persevere, and you shall uncover the wonders of our world.
Wake up!
Time and life
Life passes by swiftly; even reading this consumes
time that you'll never regain.

Your primary fear, the one that should propel you to

work harder and stay more focused, is the fear of not
being able to truly savor life, of not being able to
provide your family with the best through your
achievements.

You have only one life, and it's not something to

squander. Reflect deeply on this: your parents have
loved and nurtured you. It's your responsibility to
make them proud and content.

Don't waste a moment.

Your Mentality
The majority of us here are men. Over the
years, there has been a narrative that it's okay
for men to express their emotions openly.
However, this is a misconception. A man
should refrain from displaying any emotions
except those of progress and leadership.

Consider historical figures like Napoleon. Did

he cry or lose his temper in front of his army?
No. Our feelings should be kept private. When
I witness men openly showing emotions, I see
it as a sign of weakness.

We should all strive to maintain a stoic

mentality. If things go wrong, they shouldn't
have the power to influence our day. If they do,
it suggests that our emotions are in control.

Be stoic.
Do the basics
Some people tend to overcomplicate everything in
life - biohacking, making money, networking,
dating, and more.
In reality, everything is quite simple. People often
create imaginary problems for these things and
then offer solutions for a fee.
Making money is straightforward - provide value
to fulfill a need.
Dating is simple - follow your instincts during the
date.
Networking and making friends is also
straightforward - be pleasant and bring value to
the table.
That's all there is to it.
Be efficient
Many people strive for perfection, attempting to make
the perfect move, offer the perfect service, or create
the perfect product.

The reality, however, is quite different. If you focus

on executing the basics, the simpler aspects of your
tasks, you'll find yourself achieving much more than
fixating on perfection.

Speed is of the essence, as time is one of your most

valuable assets. Don't waste it on something that's
already basic. Simplify, and keep moving forward.

By doing this, you'll discover that you have more time

to refine areas that genuinely need improvement or
development, rather than getting stuck in a never-
ending quest for perfection.

Remember, it's not about making grandiose moves;

it's about making the right moves efficiently. That's
all there is to it.
Action
Every action you take, whether it's going to the gym,
waking up early, or completing a task, can either be
successful or unsuccessful. Consider the time it takes
and the quality of the outcome.
It's crucial to prioritize quality over quantity. Rather
than attempting to tackle numerous tasks with
mediocre results, choose a select few and give them
your utmost attention.
Start your day by listing the tasks at hand, then
proceed to work on them methodically, always
striving
for the highest possible quality in your endeavors.
If each task is successful, your day will be successful.
Carry this approach throughout the week, and your
week will be a success. Extend it to a full month, and
you'll experience a suc
cessful month.
Brainstorming
Only a few individuals have mastered this
art, and when executed correctly, it's like
delving deep into the realm of ideas and
understanding how to bring them to life
through shared brain connections.

The key is to engage with someone operating

on the same frequency as you. In such a
state, thoughts flow seamlessly between you,
almost as if you're communicating without
words. It might sound far-fetched, but it's a
reality.

When two brains align, each part of an idea

gets amplified, driven by the combined
energy of both individuals. It's like two
engines working in tandem, propelling the
idea to new heights.

If you can master this skill with your

partner, friend, or associate, you'll be able to
accomplish virtually anything you set your
mind to.
Making Money
In the initial stages, it's common to
expect rapid progress day by day, but
that's not the reality.

For instance, consider going to the gym.

After just one day, you don't see
dramatic physical changes. The same
principle applies to business.

What truly matters is the daily effort

you put in to make your business just
1% better. It's all about taking
consistent actions. This commitment to
daily improvements sets in motion the
power of the compound effect, where
incremental gains gradually lead to
significant results.

So, don't obsess over the final outcome.

Instead, focus on the daily actions that
will steadily enhance your business.
Keep pushing forward.
All billionaire's are
creators
I won't claim that 100% of billionaires are creators,
but the majority certainly are. Think of any
billionaire, and I can assure you they created
something that not only benefits themselves but also
the people around them.
Having vision and ideas is a gift given to a select few.
This doesn't mean you can't have great ideas, but it
might be more challenging for you. However, it's not
impossible. The key difference between a billionaire
and an average person is that the billionaire acts on
their ideas. It may sound
simplistic, but that's precisely how Elon Musk created
Tesla and PayPal, how Steve Jobs brought us the
iPhone, and how Bill Gates developed Windows.
All of them faced criticism and resistance. Many
people thought their ideas were crazy. But, at the end
of the day, if you truly believe deep down that your
idea will work, then
Your Parents
Your parents are the most important people in your
life; they are the ones who truly love you and will
never betray you.
However, when it comes to making money or
pursuing your financial goals, it's essential to
consider their perspective carefully. If your parents
are not in a financial position that aligns with your
aspirations, their advice on money matters may not
be suitable for your goals.
In the beginning, when you embark on a path that's
different or unusual compared to what they expected
from you, they might be apprehensive and try to
convince you to follow a more conventional route.
But when you ultimately achieve financial success, it
can be one of the greatest gifts you can give to your
parents. The sense of fulfillment that comes from
knowing you've improved their lives through your
hard work is unparalleled.
Present Movement
The present moment, the very thing you're
experiencing right now, often appears quite dull.
Living in the present can feel tedious or
unremarkable. The real entertainment seems to come
from reminiscing about past adventures with friends
or daydreaming about the future.
Our brains release dopamine, the pleasure chemical,
during these activities, which makes them enjoyable.
However, it's crucial to shift your focus to the actions
you need to take. If you spend your day executing one
successful action after another, by the end of the day,
you'll remember it as a good one.
Focus on the Action.
Know who you are
Some of you may need a dose of humility. It's crucial
to acknowledge your current situation - perhaps
you're struggling financially, lack connections, and
have limited real-world business experience.
It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking you're already
a top- tier entrepreneur destined for wealth, when in
reality, you're not there yet - either due to
circumstances or perhaps your own choices.
It's time to shed that facade. Your primary focus
should be on earning money. Whether it means
taking a 9-5 job, doing odd jobs like lawn care or car
detailing, or any other means to get on your feet -
take action. Sitting at home with an unprofitable
'million-dollar' agency,ecom store,etc.. won't change
your situation.
Be honest with yourself and take the necessary steps
to improve your circumstances.
Focus on one thing
If you aspire to achieve success in a particular
endeavor, it's essential to channel all your energy,
creativity, and intelligence into it.
Juggling multiple businesses or projects that have no
common thread is a recipe for failure. To succeed,
you must choose a single business model and commit
to it, especially in the early stages.
While it's possible to handle various projects within
the same business domain later on, it's not advisable
at the outset. Instead, focus on selecting a specific
business model. Remember that all business models
have the potential to work; there are no excuses. Even
in the most saturated markets, with enough
dedication, you can achieve success.
Once you've chosen your business model, invest time
in meticulous planning. Define your goals, strategies,
and expectations. Having a well-thought-out plan is
crucial because it allows you to pinpoint any missteps
if things don't go as expected and make the necessary
improvements.
Always remember: it's better to master one thing than
to be a novice in many.
Service > Quality
Consider this quick example: you could dine
at the finest restaurant in your town, where
the quality of the products is exceptional.

However, when compared to a restaurant

where they know you personally, they pay
attention to the small details, and you enjoy
certain privileges that even the best
restaurants wouldn't offer.

This demonstrates that receiving excellent

attention and service is often more valuable
than having a high-quality product or
experience.

Human interaction and personal connections

are more fulfilling than interacting with mere
objects.
Know your
Community
This is a crucial point, not only for
community managers but also for
business owners.

Understanding the preferences and needs

of your customers or users is paramount. If
you know precisely what they like,
anticipate the changes they seek, actively
listen to their feedback, and apply relevant
improvements, you'll ensure the longevity
of your business or community.

The process is straightforward. For

example, in the VG, we leverage our
secondary channel to conduct polls that
gauge preferences and help us gain
insights into their current positions.

This knowledge about people's preferences

is a cornerstone of long-term success.
The best move you
can do
Speaking of strategic moves, one of the most
impactful decisions you can make, especially if you're
over 17 years old, is to relocate to a house filled with
ambitious, hardworking individuals all striving for
success.

In this environment, you'll be immersed in a

continuous cycle of hard work, discipline, and self-
improvement. Every day, every hour, every minute,
you'll be surrounded by people who share your drive.

This is why building a strong network is paramount.

Connect with like-minded individuals, and consider
making a bold move together, perhaps to a different
country. This is where the real power of networking
comes into play.
Failing
People often assume that life and their business
journeys should be devoid of failures and significant
challenges. However, this is far from the truth.
Every successful business has encountered failures
and adversities along the way, and it's these setbacks
that have made them stronger.
Failure, in fact, is one of life's most profound teachers.
When you take the time to reflect on why things
didn't go as planned, you gain invaluable insights
and knowledge that can propel you further than
those who haven't faced such challenges.
That's why it's crucial to be proactive, to take action
on all fronts. Embracing failure and learning from it
is one of the most difficult yet rewarding lessons that
can set you apart from the rest.
Rich people

Each one of you should experience how the wealthy

live day in and day out.

The carefree attitude they have towards the

unimportant is truly remarkable and something to be
envied.

Their primary focus is acquiring wealth and savoring

life with their loved ones.

Money provides not only the freedom to choose your

location but also the freedom of mind.
Spend Money

When you receive money, your focus shouldn't be on

how to save it, but rather on how to spend it wisely.
Money loses value when it sits in your bank account,
thanks to inflation eating away at its purchasing
power.
As soon as you receive money - not before or after -
make a list of how you can use it to generate more
money.
Investing in yourself is often the best option: better
nutrition, quality clothing, an upgraded laptop, and
so on.
Don't hoard money; spend it wisely.
People
Many people in the majority tend to talk more than
they act.
Unfortunately, this habit has been observed in some
members of our affiliate team, and it's one of the
worst things you can do. Making commitments and
promises, only to not follow through, can severely
damage your reputation and image.
Rather than being a talker, strive to be someone
whose actions speak volumes. If you commit to doing
something, not only follow through but do it
exceptionally well. Surprising others with your
dedication and reliability is rare and highly
commendable. It will earn you respect,
recommendations, and opportunities.
In short, let your actions do the talking.
Win

Winning is becoming increasingly easy with each passing

day. Why? Because of the ongoing degeneration, the rise of
wokeness, and the pervasive agenda being pushed. If you
think the current situation is unfavorable, just imagine it
in 5 or even 3 years - it's getting worse.
However, this is a tremendous advantage for us, perhaps
the biggest one yet. Consider that only a small percentage
of the population is willing to work against the tide of
wokeness. As time goes on, the market gap for those who
stand firm will grow larger, and the benefits will be more
substantial for all of us.
If you're not winning today or can't see how easy it can be,
you might be on the wrong side of this battle. To succeed,
embrace discipline, hard work, and, most importantly, the
qualities of a man.
The biggest disease
The most prevalent ailment afflicting the majority of
people in business is the tendency to overcomplicate
things unnecessarily.
Business should, in fact, be straightforward and
comprehensible. There's no need to reinvent the
wheel. All you need to do is offer a valuable product
or service at a reasonable price-simple as that.
Nothing is preventing you from acquiring a couple of
clients for a particular service. However, many of you
experiment with various strategies recommended by
gurus and end up in a mess.
Trust your instincts and keep things straightforward,
and you'll be on the right track.
Motivation
Many people believe in the concept of
motivation, but it's a deceptive notion.
The truth is, motivation doesn't last your whole
life; it might last for just a few hours at a time.
Instead of relying on motivation, consider
harnessing fear as a powerful driving force.
Some of you may need to fear the idea of being
in your 20s, earning less than $100, and still
living with your parents.
If this isn't the life you desire, then take action.
Start by listing all the things you fear could
happen in the future if you don't act.
Look at this list every day and remember that
without taking action, those feared scenarios
might become your reality.
Your opinion doesn't
matter
The majority of people tend to overestimate the
importance of their opinions. In reality, most people
don't pay much attention to your opinion, especially
if you haven't achieved much in life. Instead of
reacting to this fact, take a proactive approach to earn
the respect and make your opinion matter.
It's important to acknowledge that some individuals
in this group may have room for improvement, and
their reactions and responses might reflect that.
To make yourself valuable, focus on your actions
rather than just words. Actions speak louder than
empty claims.
Value Yourself
Every day, I receive proposals from people, and one of
the most noticeable traits is their lack of self-
confidence when selling themselves.
What I mean by this is that they position themselves
in a lower stance. You should never, under any
circumstances, do that. Instead, you should always
present yourself with unwavering confidence, not
only online but in real-life situations as well, in every
scenario you can imagine.
You should never let someone else take control or
push you around. Always maintain an equal footing,
and if the other person doesn't accept your proposal,
politely end the conversation and seek out another
opportunity.
Value yourself.
Levelz

Society comprises various strata, each with its own

advantages and disadvantages. However, it's crucial
to remember never to mistreat anyone simply
because you perceive yourself as superior in terms of
wealth, knowledge, or any other factor.
As we discussed previously, it's essential to maintain
a pleasant demeanor towards individuals from all
walks of life. You never know what the future holds,
and circumstances can change unexpectedly.
In all your interactions, make it a point to treat
everyone with respect and kindness.
Broke
You might not have much money right now, but that
doesn't mean you should act like you're broke.

This means you shouldn't make excuses about your

financial situation, nor should you blame others.

If you find yourself in a challenging financial

position, it's likely because of the actions you've taken
or failed to take. If you genuinely desire to make
money, you should have already taken the initial
steps. Yet, perhaps you continue to watch YouTube or
engage in meaningless conversations with friends
online.

You need to cultivate a mindset of discipline, one

that embraces discomfort and fears the consequences
of inaction. Start today, laying one brick at a time, and
you'll eventually build the life of your dreams.
Fool

Identifying foolish people is quite easy, especially if

you have both money and experience in the game.
It's as quick as assessing the type of proposal text they
use or even their profile picture.
If you aspire to succeed, remember that you may
deceive newcomers, but you'll never fool experienced
individuals. In the end, this won't lead to any
meaningful accomplishments.
Instead, always prioritize honesty, earn respect from
others, and strive to meet their needs, even if you do
so without compensation. This will garner greater
respect and build lasting relationships.
Be truthful, and you'll find yourself surrounded by
many friends.
Experiences
Every day, I find myself increasingly drawn to
seeking new experiences, and at the core of this
pursuit is stepping out of my comfort zone.
When you have the opportunity to travel the world
without a clear path for your return, or when you
decide to leave the familiar nest of your parents'
home without a detailed plan, you embark on a
journey that imparts invaluable lessons, known to
only a few fortunate souls. These experiences are
truly enriching.
If you make it a habit to actively seek discomfort,
you'll amass a wealth of knowledge and life
experiences that will serve as guiding lights in your
journey.
That's precisely why it's crucial to cast aside fear,
loosen the purse strings, and allocate funds to
unexpected adventures. Consider booking a ticket to a
nearby country on a whim, with no hotel
reservations, and no set agenda. Embrace life to the
fullest because, remember, you only have one.
Information

Don't fall into the trap of information overload from

the news and social media.
It doesn't truly affect you until you witness it with
your own eyes, until your own body senses it.
Until then, it's all just noise.
Stay focused, keep your head down, and continue
working towards your goals. Don't let the news or
other people distract you.
Keep pushing forward, my friend
Long term

Everything you do will yield greater results in the

long run.
Instant results are a rarity, whether it's in the gym,
with your finances, or elsewhere in life.
The real key is to take action each day with an
understanding of how those actions contribute to
your future results, both positive and negative.
Embracing this mindset makes you more mindful of
your bad habits and more dedicated to your
goodones.
Remember, long-term thinking will always be the key
to success.
Comparison

Never compare yourself to another person; it's

one of the worst things you can do.
Each of us is unique and has different
aspirations. Some achieve their goals faster
than others, but that should never make you
feel inadequate.
Conversely, avoid comparing yourself to
average people because continuous
comparison can lead you to settle for
mediocrity.
Instead, always aim higher and strive for
more.
Differentiate
Understanding your position in various contexts,
whether it's a social setting or a conversation, is
crucial.
Some of your friends may not share your
interests, and that's perfectly fine. These friends
are valuable for other aspects of your life, such as
going to the gym or simply enjoying good times
together.
They are good people who care about you.
However, it's essential to recognize that their
interests may not align with your goals of
achieving financial success or personal
development.
Therefore, it's important to maintain this
awareness. Having friends for different purposes
can be enriching, and it's vital to treat them all
with respect, regardless of their aspirations
regarding financial success or other life
objectives.
Ideas
Ideas emanate from our subconscious minds, initially
in a raw, unrefined format, before they ascend to our
conscious awareness. These ideas are significantly
influenced by the mental state you find yourself in,
which is often determined by your daily habits and
routines.
When you engage in focused work, embrace the
discipline required for self-improvement, and
maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle, you operate at
a higher frequency or "hz" than others. This elevated
mental state makes you more receptive to a wider
range of innovative ideas.
Ideas possess immense power, but to harness that
power, you must comprehend and act upon them. It's
not enough to merely recognize an idea; you must
delve deep into it, discerning precisely how it can be
leveraged for your benefit.
Mastering this process of ideation and
implementation will empower you as ideas flow to
you with increasing frequency, aligning with the
universe's intention to aid your growth and
prosperity.
Habits
Habits have been ingrained in the human experience since time
immemorial. Think back to our ancestors: when the sun appeared,
they habitually ventured out to hunt, and when it vanished beyond
the horizon, they made a habit of retreating to their shelters for rest.

Today, everything we do in our daily lives is governed by habits. You

wake up at a particular time because your body has learned this
pattern. You engage in everyday rituals like brushing your teeth or
making your morning coffee. Habits shape our existence.

Eliminating detrimental habits can be challenging. The process

varies from person to person. For those with a strong sense of
discipline, shedding an unhealthy habit can be relatively
straightforward. Others may need to replace the satisfaction provided
by that habit with a healthier alternative, gradually reducing the bad
habit's grip until it loosens entirely.

On the other hand, cultivating positive habits is often much more

manageable. The key is to start small and incrementally build up. For
instance, if you aim to read more, commence with just 10 minutes a
day, then add an extra 5 minutes each day. This gradual progression
allows you to adapt comfortably and, over time, transform your
intentions into ingrained positive routines.

Your habits are a reflection of your character, so ensure they align

with the person you aspire to become. Cultivate beneficial habits and
eliminate detrimental ones to shape the life you desire.
Knowledge
Each of us possesses a unique set of knowledge,
insights, or skills that others may not have. This
diversity of expertise is a powerful asset.
Let me illustrate this with a personal experience: I
was attempting to install Windows 11, and to my
frustration, I couldn't figure it out. Fortunately, a
friend well-versed in computer systems stepped in. In
under 10 minutes, he guided me through the process,
a stark contrast to the two days of struggle I'd
endured alone. My friend provided a solution to my
problem because he possessed the know- how, and he
did so without expecting anything in return.
This scenario is a microcosm of a broader truth.
Many of you have valuable knowledge, particularly
about health and wellness. By sharing your insights
and aiding others, you offer significant value. This
not only benefits those you assist but also opens the
door for some form of compensation or reciprocity.
So, leverage your unique knowledge and skills to your
advantage. By doing so, you not only contribute
positively to the world but also position yourself for
opportunities and rewards you may not have initially
anticipated.
With a lot of hardwork , i
created this masterpiece for you
guys.
I am saying this again, that
without action, this means
nothing.
