Capitalism is the word over in capitalism people invest whatever excess is profit.

Karl Marx of the infamous socialism commented since excess value is profit it takes away from workers who produce that. Socialism according to its detractors takes away individual freedom and human rights. Workers cannot vote even if they are rulers of the system.Workers area treated with official union which does nothing to stop the exploitation instead it does the opposite. People on socialist countries are not allowed to vote instead they have to sacrifice their right(Human religious political,economic) Socialists also point out that the rich and those in power who get in power by exploiting workers. Since all of the means of prodiction are in few peoples hands, most of the low life suffer.

Socialist countries have terrible infamy of delivering low quality goods or some goods doesnt evenm produce enough because of rationing. Because workers have to be employed by state whatever their motives, skills or initiatives. They can just sit their, laze by or simply so irreverence to work the moment they are fired. They are sure that the state is ready to take them inder the wings so to speak. So managers donot meet quota or worst produce outdated low quality goods which are inferior. Since there is no competition little chance of innovation is there. An example is there of trabant or traby in east germany. While west germany was making high end luxury cars like BMW ,audi volkswagon and Mercedes benz , east germany was making two stroke smoke belching eyes tingling travy. This car was made s after world war two until the reunification of germany. Workers have to be inline waiting for non existent or rationed bread or sugar . It weighed the populace who have to wait like beggars.

On the other hand, germany had plenty of goods to consume and throw. Private initiatives give germany head start. Competition made each and every product more worthy than the rest.This excellent system iof innovatauion and entrepreneurship gave rise to what is germany today. A hotbed of innovation excellence and export champion of the rest. This system of competiton forced or should we rather say induced germans to get up from bed early to put each and every hour for fruitful use. CONVERGANCE

After the fall of berlin wall ,there is no longer east or west. Communism failed in soviet union and easteren Europe . China continued to have communist party but adapted capitalist system which was ealrer banned by the party now was engouraged. What was once a crime ( liability), now was a asset but people recognized that therer was good and bad of both system. Capitalism without private initiative and innovataion should care for working poor and environment. Socialism should really focus on private initiative and innovation if they are to survive on mother earth as a nation. So caplitalist countries adapted socialism(aka democratic socialism ) on country like Sweden, Norway they introduced welfare social security progressive task on the other hand socialist countries allow entrepreneur s to flourish no longer was communist party allowed to own every property. In the same spirit, FDI was welcomed with open arms. This along with good management is bringing wonders in china. It was once 150 dollars per

capita income in 1975. Now it is 4900 dollars which is mostly due to its economic reform which is opening upto capitalism. Sweden and Norway are held as countries wher e crime is low, education is of highest quality and health care is free due to its less income gap and democratic socialism, it manages to be in top of every survey.
