Good morning to everyone and welcome to our celebration today.

But before we start this

program let us lend our ears to our favorite AO (syempre nag iisa lang siya, wala tayong choice)
joke lang, kidding aside, let’s now call our one and only Engr. Jovencio F. Pada to give us a
warm welcome message.
Thank you very much Engr. Pada, talaga nga namang mainit ang pagbati, very warm and
wonderful remarks.
Today we have all gathered here as a family to honor, appreciate and pay tribute to our beloved
member of this agency on his retirement.
Yes, one of our hardworking and charming member is retiring today. I know everyone within the
organization is unhappy to bid goodbye, but meanwhile, we are pleased that he would now be
able to give time for his family and friends. And ofcourse hindi nalang sabado at lingo ang
weekends mo Sir but a permanent weekend ahead.
So may we now call on DPWH Management headed by our dearest DE, all the Section Chiefs
and Engr. Abad from Employees Union to award our token to Mr. Cristito Valdez.
Thank you so much Sir/Madam for sharing the precious and kind words.

Although today we will bid goodbye to Mr. Cristito Valdez or most commonly known as “Boy
Life” but the kind of contribution he has built shall stay with us forever. Live your dreams as
much as you can. Happy Retirement! Sir./Madam.

Syempre ngayon ay Ber Month na at pag sinabing ber month palapit na ang inaatay ng lahat, ang
Bonus. Agree ba? At sumilip na ren si Jose Marie Chan. So, this month is special to some of us
because it is a wonderful blessing to celebrate their gift of life, so to the top your lungs, let us
sing a Happy Happy Birthday sayo ang pulutan sayo ang inum to all our September Celebrators.

So, we have prepared a Video presentation for our nagbabagang pagbati sa ating nag iisa walang
katulad na tagapagpangulo sa ating Opisina, our beloved District Engineer on his special day.

At this juncture, let’s hear some words from our celebrant. Let’s welcome him with a big, big
hand.
