• eNodeB to be enabled with transport software hence eliminating the need of A1/A2/B1 devices in these locations.
• With enabling of transport interfaces & software, eNodeB will be handing off S1-C/S1-U/Mgmt traffic on L3 VPN to the
CPAN network.
• Transport module should have inbuilt MPLS packet fabric more than 60Gbps full-duplex required in A3/A4/B1
configuration. 2x10G ports on transport module can be connected in a Ring topology with 1GE module to be connected to
2G/3G Ethernet interface other than 4G traffic. Additional port of GigE can be used for transport card.
