APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF DIRECTION TO THE

INVESTIGATING OFFICER FOR FILING OF STATUS
REPORT

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH

1. That the applicant filed an application under section 156 (3)

Cr.P.C., and same was allowed by this Hon’ble Court vide

order dated and had directed to S.H.O., P.S. Fatehpur Beri,

New Delhi to register an FIR under section 420 of IPC.

2. the applicant is complainant in the present case and she has

lodged her complaint before CAW Cell, Malviya Nagar, New

Delhi, subsequently the present case has been registered against

the accused.
3. That the above said FIR has been registered on __________,

however the police officials in connivance with the accused,

has not arrested the accused till date nor any further

investigation has been conducted by the police. The

prosecuting agency has made no efforts in the present case for

the reason best known to them and therefore a report is

required to be called from the police as to why the accused has

not been arrested till date.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it

is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to

issue direction to the Prosecuting Agency /Investigating Officer

to submit a detail report as to what steps have been taken from

the date of registration of FIR till date and why the accused has

not been arrested till date.
