I decided to visit a Hindu temple because the Hindu religion was the religion that I

learn more about this religion and what their worship services and rituals were like.
The temple that I went to was called BAPS Shri Swaminaryan Mandir and it was
located in Lilburn. As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the beautiful architectural

The Mandir (temple) was constructed with Italian marble, Indian pink sandstone, and
Turkish limestone. The walls were all carved with delicate carvings of Gods that were
carefully shipped all the way from India. The Hindus had very strict rules that had to

The Octoroon, classified as a slavery play, is a drama by Don Boucicault, that was
performed by Queens College students and directed by professionals from the theater
industry was a drama of a plantation life in Louisiana and miscegenation back in the
day. The script for this play is divided into five acts and performed in two and half
hours. Light turns on, and the first scene setting is a view of the plantation Terrebonne,

As a physical therapy student, many peers have asked why I chose to minor in
psychology rather than taking a simple course in human performance and fitness or
biology. Taking this course, I am confident in my minor decision and realize the
importance of mastering and utilizing effective communication, genuine listening, and
authentic presence, especially in a physical therapysetting. Several counseling theories
were presented over the course of the semester looking at their basic philosophies, the
relationship between client and therapist, and key components to effective treatment.
There were three theories in particular, Adlerian therapy, existential therapy, and rational
emotive behavior therapy, which I found to really resonate with my beliefs, values, and
experiences. By integrating these three theories together, using the common factors
approach, I was able to identify similar core beliefs and principles in each to create my
final theory of change.
When reflecting on the relationship between a physical therapist and a client during
treatment, I felt that techniques from Adlerian, Existential, and Rational Emotive
Behavior therapy provided the most appropriate answers and explanations of tragedy, as
well as promises of comfort and hope during recovery. Firsthand, I have seen individuals
recuperating from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and amputations heavily rely on their
physical therapists to act as a motivators and advocates when it comes to setting goals,

Cag PAI (cag pathogenecity island) is a 40kbp region of DNA in the genome of H
pyroli encoding a number of virulence factor. Cag PAI has different GC content than
the flanking genomic DNA indicating cag PAI to be a horizontally transferred entity.
Cag PAI encodes components of T4SS that binds to B integrin and is indispensible for
delivering Cag A proteins into the host epithelial cells. Almost all East Asian h pyroli
