This license statement and limited warranty constitutes a legal agreement ("License
Agreement") between you ("Licensee", either as an individual or a single entity)
and Analytical Software ("Licensor"), sole worldwide publisher of the software
product Statistix ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by

all of the terms and conditions of the license agreement.

Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, Licensor
grants you the right to use the Software in the manner provided below.

The Licensor reserves the right to license the same Software to other individuals
or entities under a different license agreement.

If a single-user license was purchased, the Licensee may install the Software in
one of two possible ways. (1) the Licensee has the option of creating a single
installation of the Software possibly used by one or more persons, or (2) creating
multiple installations of the Software used exclusively by a single person. Any
combination of these options, or installing the Software on a network server, is
not permitted.

If a network license was purchased, the Licensee may install the Software in one of
three possible ways. (1) The Licensee may install the Software on a single network
server on the condition that the number of client computers that have access to the
Software does not exceed the number specified by the network license; or (2) the
Licensee may install the Software on a single network server with any number of
client computers, on the condition that metering software is used to limit the
number of simultaneous client computers access to the Software does not exceed the
number specified by the network license; or (3) the Licensee may install the
Software on a single network server with any number of client computers, on the
condition that a good faith estimate of the total number people who will access the
Software during any calendar year does not exceed the number specified by the
network license.

Regardless of the number of licenses purchased, the Licensee has right to place an
additional copy of the Software on a removable medium for backup purposes only.

You must not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate or disassemble the
Software in whole or in part.

The Software remains the exclusive property of the Licensor. Any Licensee who fully
complies with the terms in this license agreement may use it according to the terms
of this license agreement. You must not give copies of the Software to other
persons or entities. You must not transfer the Software to another person or
entity.

The Licensor reserves the right to revoke your license if you violate any or all of
the terms of this license agreement, without prior notice.

Limited Warranty
Analytical Software warrants the physical CD enclosed herein to be free of defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the purchase date. The
entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty shall
be limited to replacement of a defective CD and shall not include or extend to any
claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss
of profit, data, or use of the software, or special, incidental, or consequential
damages or other similar claims. In no event shall Analytical Software's liability
for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of suggested list
price or actual price paid for the license to use the software.

Analytical Software specifically disclaims all other warranties, express or

implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. The user assumes the entire risk as to the
quality, performance, and accuracy of this product. Analytical Software shall not
be held responsible for any damages that may result from the use of this product,
whether through Analytical Software's negligence or not.
