Hello, everyone. My name is Elisa. I’m from Vietnam. I graduated from

UEH University with a major in International Business. I am currently an

operations manager at a small education center in Ho Chi Minh City,

Vietnam. My critical strengths are creativity, leadership, and a smart

collaboration style. I would like to be one of the cohorts of LeadNext

2024 to gain networking, mentorship, and resources for my coming

project. It is an environment-based hub where we share general

information on environmental issues as well as practical contexts in the

nations of our members. Also, we organize annual art competitions for

kids and young students to speak up for their voices about environmental

protection. Three key cores of the project are global information, child-

friendliness, and accessibility. Through the fellowship, I will conquer

essential skills and connect with like-minded fellows to upgrade my

expertise as well as fulfill my project.
