Annotation article 3

1. Someone could ask if new programming languages are required, the issue is
that none of the programming languages now have perfect, universal syntax,
regardless of their strength and flexibility. In addition, programming
languages are ever-evolving. Manufacturers now face new challenges as a
result of distributed architecture, broadcasting multi-core CPUs, cloud
programming, and portable technologies (digital video camera, music player,
mobile phones, GPS navigators, notebook, iPad, etc.). Programming
languages are already too difficult when new features, paradigms, and
templates are added to them. In these situations, it is preferable to start from
scratch rather than adding new features to already-existing programming
languages (Neil, 2013). As a result, 10 advanced programming languages
were offered, and in each of them, solutions for unique issues and
weaknesses were taken into consideration. While some of them are just in
the early stages of development, others have already reached completion. It
should be mentioned that while some of them may never become widely
used, any one of them has the potential to make a significant impact up until
programming takes the place of new languages. (Mahmudova,2018).

2. The level of the language is characterized by how difficult it is to solve a

problem through this language. The simpler the solution was the more
complex obstacles are realized thus the size of programs decreases
depending on the higher-level language. Improved levels of programming
needs to be precisely studied and new methodologies need to be improved
based on knowledge gained which would increase the quality of the
software. (Mahmudova,2018).
