- Healthy food is the cornerstone of a vibrant life. By embracing a
diet rich in nutrients, vitamins, and essential elements, we nourish
our bodies and minds. Incorporating fresh fruits, vegetables, lean
proteins, and whole grains into our meals not only fuels our
energy but also supports overall well-being.

- A healthy lifestyle doesn't just impact our physical well-being; it


influences our mental clarity, emotional balance, and even our
productivity. It allows us to savor life's moments and pursue our
dreams with vigor.
Fresh Fruit Salad

- Ingredients:

- 2 bananas, sliced

- 1 cup strawberries, halved

- 1 cup pineapple, diced

- 1 cup grapes, halved

- 1 green apple, diced

- 1 orange, peeled and segmented

- Juice of 1 lemon

- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)


Instructions and Preparation

- Instructions:

- In a large bowl, combine all the fruits.

- Squeeze the lemon juice over the fruits to keep them fresh and toss gently.

- If desired, add honey for extra sweetness and toss again.

- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend (opcional).

- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

- Carbohydrates: Approximately 30-40 grams, mainly from natural sugars present in the fruits.

- Fiber: About 4-6 grams, thanks to the fruits.
